Bals Provisions is a Montreal company specializing in canning. Inspired by her family recipes, Crystal creates original products that she makes in small batches. Its objectives are simple: collaborate with Quebec farmers to promote all the wonders of our land, and produce jams, sauces and marinades that are as low in sugar as they are rich in flavor!
Crystal has over ten years of experience in baking and pastry. She launched her business, Bals Provisions, after discovering a citrus pectin to create low-fat jams, bursting with the authentic flavors and textures of natural fruit. She started with just four recipes: balsamic strawberry jam, blueberry lime jam, It’s My Jam (rhubarb, strawberry, lemon) and the famous sugar-free apple butter. Now, it also offers marinated vegetables, unsweetened sauces and its famous Boozetella chocolate and hazelnut sauce with a little “adult” touch: Cabernet Sauvignon. It is undoubtedly its best seller in all seasons.
