Driftwood Pens – I have been working with the CMHA BC Division since November of 2017. When I was asked if I would be willing to film my story, my answer was YES. I never thought I could be susceptible to depression and anxiety, after all it is all in your head, a “made up” condition. It is my wish that my story can help others with their own mental health issues and that they might also see that the light at the end of the tunnel is not a freight train but is in fact a new beginning.
