Fabulous Cakes By Jenn is a home-based cake designer (and new mother to twins 🙂 located in Prince George, BC, with all the latest tools and equipment to make your dream cake into a fabulous reality! Specializing in Wedding Cakes.
I have completed the Cake Decorating Course at the Pastry Training Centre of Vancouver, under the instruction of Pastry Chef Marco Ropke, in the summer of 2012. I have a new found knowledge for cake decorating techniques using: fondant; modelling chocolate; pastillage; marzipan fruit modelling; gum paste; blown and pulled sugar. I have also had some experience with 3D cakes and am looking forward to furthering my skills in this area.
All cakes and cupcakes are prepared in my home-based commercial kitchen, which has been approved by Northern Health.
