In each Balzac Craft Brewing Company location, they made a point to seek out and enjoy great craft beers from local brewers. Throughout Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Quebec, Newfoundland, North Dakota, Texas, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and even in the United Kingdom, South America, and the Middle East they learned what made each beer and each brewer so unique.
