Meet Candace Chickowski, a multidisciplinary artist from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and the creator behind chickskipress, a collection of illustrated prints, stickers, magnets, keychains, pins, cards and more! Featuring some of your favourite Saskatoon sights and subtle nods to SK. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Saskatchewan safely in hand, she set her sights on creating artwork that is relatable, vibrant and that tugs at your heartstrings.
This creative soul pours her heart into supporting her local community, championing small businesses and urging others to do the same. In 2021 she helped found The Homesick Market. A space dedicated to promoting small, local businesses from across Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Manitoba. Acting as creative director, marketing director, graphic artist, social media manager, photographer, and everything in-between!
