DEVINE Distillery & Winery showcases locally sourced ingredients through an offering of craft whisky, gin, rum, eau de vie, vermouth, and wines made using traditional small batch techniques. All our wines are pressed, fermented, aged and bottled at DEVINE. We process organically without adding preservatives or sugar and solely use Vancouver Island grown grapes.
We pride ourselves on implementing the long, loving, laborious techniques of hand-harvesting, small-batch botanical blending, on-site grain milling and mashing, slow spirit stripping, traditional fermentation and distillation methods, whole-botanical aromatization, in-house barrel ageing, natural filtration, hand-bottling and labeling, and sensory evaluation… to name a few.
We like to do things the hard way to stay true to our focus on quality and supporting local. We grow our own fruit, barley, and botanicals for our spirits, and partner with local growers and malters. We are a true small-batch, craft distillery creating handcrafted spirits of the highest quality made solely from British Columbia-grown ingredients.
