Nearly 20 years ago, I was hiking with my buddy in the Patagonia region of Argentina. We were trying to figure out how to make money to keep traveling. We started talking about the possibility of a microbrewery. One that would somehow embody the adventures we had taken and bring them back within the Fredericton landscape. Upon my return to Fredericton, I quickly realized the cost of starting a microbrewery, Graystone Brewing. So I set my sights on earning and saving money to embark on another adventure and let the dream of a microbrewery slip to the back of my mind.
