At Hop City Brewing, we create beer that inspires the curious, and fuels the restless. We embrace the journey as much as you do. We take risks, make wrong turns, and just go for it. For us, it’s about believing in curiosity. Because even though it may have killed the cat, before he died, that cat probably had a pretty good time.
In 2009, we set out to brew beer with equal parts flavour, complexity and session-ability. Today, Hop City has a family of award-winning beers, a community of passionate fans, with John still running the show. Safe to say, we’ve never looked back. Some say it’s the journey and not the destination. The City is, thankfully, both at once.
