They use non-toxic, FDA-approved food grade silicone beads and teethers and are free of BPA, latex, lead, phthalates, PVC and cadmium.  They have been third party tested and are compliant with the CCPSA (Canada Consumer Product Safety Act) Standards as well as the United States CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) Standards.
