Hi! I’m Vicky, and I am so excited to welcome you to Little Blue Canoe and introduce myself as it’s new owner. I cannot fully explain my excitement to be starting my own journey with Little Blue Canoe. Much like myself, LBC was born and raised in Calgary, AB but has moved out east to the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia. I am so excited to bring the coasts together and continue to find unique Canadian makers across Canada.
We originally launched in 2015, fittingly on Canada Day. It was built on a passion for drawing in Canadian makers and designers to build on a true essence of being Canadian. A genuine love for Canada is what LBC stands for. Now 3+ years after LBC’s initial launch, with that same passion and love for Canada and Canadian made goods, I am humbled to have the opportunity to continue to build on this amazing foundation.
