Through my love of the ocean, I began making all natural Seaweed soap a number of years ago. Since then, my love for it only grew into a passion, Seaweed Soap Company. My soaps offer a variety of health benefits. Seaweed, Kelp, and Irish Moss are rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and amino acids. These three important ingredients contain collagen, making the skin soft to the touch. Each mineral helps to enhance the skin’s natural beauty while threonine helps to improve skin integrity and tone.
Antioxidants contained within seaweed aid in the body’s fat burning ability, while kelp aids thyroid function, improves metabolic rates, and promotes hydration. Ocean vegetables are beneficial when used in skincare products as it softens skin, strengthens hair follicles, and helps to soften the scalp. (The best part is, they’re each harvested locally off the Mahone Bay waters).
