The proper way to introduce ourselves at Silver Valley Brewing Company is to probably talk about how passionate we are about our “handcrafted beers”, how we have “fantastic locally sourced food” and blah blah blah….(insert awesome marketing line here).
Don’t get us wrong, those are all true, but really we’re just a couple of nerds that like having fun and are ridiculously stubborn about what we like and how we feel things should be done. What does that make us? Pffftttpppp….ummm….neat people that make good beer and food? Sure, we’ll go with that.
