It all started at Stefano Faita with the idea of offering a real Italian tomato sauce in grocery stores. Genuine, Simple and good. A sauce like that of our mothers. So we, my partner Michele Forgione and I, created 4 first flavors. Prepared in Quebec with Italian tomatoes from the Striano region, our sauces quickly won the hearts of Quebecers. We then wanted to extend our knowledge and beliefs to other products. Other sauces have emerged as well as frozen pizzas, sausages and panettone. But always imagined with the same attention to detail and the choice of simple and real ingredients.
