The bread is made with no fat, no sugar, no dairy and no preservatives using stoneground flour, milled on location just before use from certified organic grain from the Canadian Prairies. These whole grain breads contain 60% Organic whole wheat flour plus 40% white unbleached flour resulting in healthy bread that tastes great. Note that bread kept longer than three days can be frozen to ensure continued freshness as our bread contains no preservatives.
We make delicious Fruit Pies every day. We peel Granny Smith and Golden Delicious apples for the Apple Pies and use frozen fruit for the Cherry, Blueberry, Peach, Blackberry, Strawberry Rhubarb and Mixed Berry Pies. We also make Pumpkin and Raisin Pies.
