In the summer of 2005, the Au Pain Gamin Artisan Bakery opened its doors. Our project was born from our desire to make tasty baked goods, from sourdough or yeast bread made with the best flours the market could offer, to all-butter croissants, treats made with the same ingredients and recipes as used at home.
Beautiful local products, with a unique and delicious taste, using only top-quality ingredients. We are proud to be involved in the nutrition of people who have chosen a healthy diet.
