BC Brine was started in the winter of 2018 by two young entrepreneurs with the simple goal of making good pickled products! Big production days are hard work but we believe that you that get the best quality product when things are done by hand.
We grow a majority of our own produce and pack all our jars by hand in Falkland, BC. Our new micro-cannery is only a few feet from our crops! We get the best crunch and flavor because we are able to process our produce only a few hours after its harvested!
