Careful alignment of the BETA5 matrix results in our chocolates’ distinctive shine and crisp snap. Their “Trademark Collection” or signature boxes include many inventive flavours, for example: S’more, Crème Brûlée, House Dark (66 % Valrhona dark), House Milk (46 % milk), etc.
They’ve received numerous international and national awards, including many medals at the International Chocolate Awards. In 2012, they were named one of North America’s Top Ten Chocolatiers (by Dessert Professional Magazine).
