Boulangerie Chez Marie – Located in Château-Richer on the old Côte-de-Beaupré, the family business Chez Marie bakes its own white, whole wheat, and even raisin bread. In the summer, a batch of fresh bread is baked daily. Bearing the same first name as her grandmother, today’s owner, Marie Mercier, continues the family tradition that dates back over 90 years.
During the warmer months, pastries (donuts, brioches, and turnovers) with regional flavors can be found on the stalls of Chez Marie to be enjoyed on site or taken home. You can also find sweet spreads, jams, and various maple products.
