Boulangerie DJ Martinez is a family business founded in 1975 by Claire Guérin Martinez and Damian Martinez (1944-2014). Of their six children, Dolores and Miguel became involved in the business. After studying at the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec ( ITCHQ ), Miguel worked for several years with his father.
He is now the head baker. Dolores studied and worked for several years outside: Edmonton, Ottawa and Montreal. She is now in charge of cakes and pastries. Claire is still working hard to produce the best treats in the region!
