BS Cattle Company – Our Family owned operation is located just outside of Caroline, Alberta and has been raising quality Alberta Beef since 1990. Over the past 15 years, we have adjusted the operation to offer beef direct to the consumer with Farm to Fork options to suit every household.
Raised on the home quarter where the main farming operation exists today, Brad has always had a passion for raising cattle and a goal to produce some of the best Alberta beef in Central Alberta. In 2006, we decided to shift the cattle genetics looking for the cross breed that could sustain during Alberta’s cold winters, flourish on pasture during the summers, and produce calves that held a high rate of gain right through weaning.
