Cakestruck is a registered business. It is licenced by the New Brunswick Department of Health. All the guidelines, including a food safety course, have been met and a Food Premises License is posted in the bakery.
All my cakes and icings are made from scratch. I have several favourite recipes but I’m also watching todays trends and trying new flavour combinations. Whether you’re looking for traditional fare or a modern twist, you’ll get delicious flavour every time; the perfect compliment to your big day.
I do not have a retail space or set business hours. Consultations are available by appointment.
