As you can guess, my name is Christine Taylor and I am the Owner of Christine Taylor Designs, a Canadian custom embroidery and gifts business. About 12 years ago I traded in my job in Human Resources at a large retail company to stay home and raise my newborn Son. I started making some quilts, blankets and other sewn items for my Son and as gifts for friends who were having babies. One of my friends suggested I start selling these items. Christine Taylor “Quilts” was born.
After many years of selling baby rag style quilts I started looking at other items to add to my product line. About 6 years or so later I bought my first multi needle embroidery machine and started stitching on stuffed animals. I changed the company name to Christine Taylor Designs to better represent the work that I was doing with these new products.
