Karen’s business, and how it has evolved, was a happy accident in the making. Karen grew from knowing virtually nothing about bees or honey to being forever humbled when her bees Sweet Clover Honey is consistently voted, by customers and independent organizations, as being the best honey in Manitoba. She says that her customers continue to vote with their spoon, raving that it is definitely the best honey that they have ever had.
