The Cochrane Environmental Action Committee (CEAC) sponsors and operates the Cochrane Farmers’ Market. The market is run entirely by CEAC volunteers, and proceeds from the market are used to support CEAC in its efforts to make Cochrane a more environmentally aware and active community. This market is proud to be an Alberta Approved Farmers’ Market.
The outdoor ‘Market at the Ranche’ is the original market, established in 1998. We celebrated 20 years of operation in 2018. In the past few years we have added three new market series – the Spring Market, the Street Market and the Christmas Farmers’ Market. Customers can now enjoy shopping at the market throughout the year!
