Falcon Lake Bakery Bistro is proudly owned and operated by the Walker family. In 2007, Evelyn and her boys, Edward, Avi, David, Michael, and Daniel, purchased the bakery establishment, and remodelled it into a charming bakery, bistro, and bar, complete with an outdoor patio and pergoda.
Their mission was to provide guests with homemade quality fare in an atmosphere harmonious with their earthy surroundings; they aimed to be more than a food service establishment, but an authentic Falcon Lake experience.
Committed to their founding mission, they remain a staple in the Whiteshell Provincial Park, and the Walkers are honoured to serve the Falcon Lake community and its valued guests.
