We offer quality artisanal products made mainly from surpluses from Jean-Talon Market producers. Ferment wants to reduce food waste and promote the consumption of local vegetables.
We demystify and promote lactofermentation by offering workshops to enable:

- farmers to reduce their unsold surplus at source
- raise young people’s awareness of food waste
