Fiona McKnight Cakes – I was introduced to the world of fondant cakes when seeing a friend’s fondant creation caused my latent creativity, and apparently a hidden competitiveness, to blossom. I liked working with cake so much, I completed the Cake Decorating Certificate from George Brown College in Toronto.
Whether I take inspiration from something in nature or the world around me, I enjoy continually learning and applying new techniques to my cake designs.
