Footes Farm Market – Located in Centreville on Highway 359 just minutes away from Kentville, Foote’s Farm Market is all about extending the family-feel, offering a familiar face to welcome new and regular customers alike. “We’re a family-based business and we like to share that with our customers” says Kimberley Foote, office manager. Bradley Foote the founder of Foote’s Farm Market started peddling a produce cart and setting up roadside stands in the early 1990’s. In 2001 Bradley and son Michael decided to build a warehouse in Centreville and officially opened our Market.
We don’t grow anything but 80 to 90% of our produce base is from local people. From field to shelf it’s the very best of Nova Scotia’s local bounty. From potatoes, vegetables, tomatoes and much more we offer the freshest possible local produce. Our Bakery Counter stocks a great selection of pies, cookies, bread and much more. You’ll also find homemade sauerkraut, farm-fresh eggs, maple syrup, milk and cheese, meats and produce. We’ve been sourcing local products and developing relationships with farmers since 1990 and we’ll always continue to do what’s best – delivering the best of the region’s local bounty.
