At Fruitage Of The Field we are a small homesteading farm located in Ontario. We have always aimed to find different approaches to farming, always adjusting our methods. Whether its been in gardening, preserving food, our animals, or our health. It’s been our aim to live self-sufficiently as best we can.
We made some lifestyle changes when it came to our diet, and have tried to stay away from buying products that are of poor quality made of &/or use of chemicals and sprays. We grow or raise about 90% of everything we eat. After making changes to our diets, we looked intently into not only what we ingest into our bodies but also what we absorb into our bodies.
