Grain and Grit Brewery has been in the works for well over a decade. For the longest time, it was just a pipe dream that would surface when we were drinking craft beer and fantasizing about changing our lives and starting a business together. It wasn’t until Joe started home-brewing that this crazy idea of ours started to take on a life of it’s own. He found so much joy in the brewing process and in sharing his beer with our friends and family, that he knew it was how he wanted to spend his days. So, we started to take action.
