La Voie Maltée Chicoutimi – It was in 2002 that La Voie Maltée opened its doors for the very first time in Jonquière in the kingdom of big beer. Alexandre sold his motorcycle and joined Daniel in his trip which would aim to democratize craft beer and maximize the culinary approach to beer.
Today, after more than 20 years, there are four restaurants in Saguenay and Quebec City that offer completely different food and beer menus. In order to meet the growing customer demand within the restaurants, Carl joined the team in 2014 to set up the 30,000 hl microbrewery that will allow them to produce their canned beers throughout Quebec.
