Our new Laiterie De Coaticook Ltee facilities, built in 2004, offer a much larger production capacity than our old plant on Cleveland Street. While the transformation processes may evolve over time, the manufacture of our “authentic” products has always remained our guiding principle.
Recognized as the dairy basin of Quebec, the Coaticook region has more than 300 farms established in vast pastures. This agricultural wealth gives us a supply of choice and quality.
