At Le Miel Cakes we are trying to bring the taste of sweets from the Middle East and combine it with the elegance of European sweets. As a couple, we were looking for a career that is both enjoyable and allowed us to work side by side.
This is how we chose our common passion, baking. As we began our new life in Canada we decided to hone our baking and decorating skills by attending various international workshops as well as a baking school in Europe. We first got jobs in well known bakeries and patisseries in order to improve our skills.
