Les produits Lemieux – Let me tell you my little story. In my distant memories, I was very young when I became interested in the fate of empty containers. According to my mother, I was as tall as three apples and barely five years old when I watched over the empty containers that she no longer used. At the time, I transformed, among other things, her bleach gallons by decorating them with designs of all shapes and colors. Then, I displayed my works of art in the rooms of the house, much to my mother’s dismay, because imagine my collector’s pieces, of which I was so proud, enthroned among hers, particularly unique and expensive!

So at the tender age of seven or eight, I even introduced my friends to creating flower pots and smaller pots to store our mothers’ pencils, erasers, or even buttons. In fact, I used my father’s wood chisels to cut the empty containers, which I took real pleasure in giving them a new purpose. I was so happy to give them this second life! Every summer, I would prepare in our backyard what I called “MY LITTLE BOTANICAL GARDEN” where, always in empty containers, I would sow flowers, small plants, or even radishes and small cucumbers. It was MY SWEET SUMMER MADNESS! Around the age of nine or ten, I was even crowned queen of plastic arts at my school. It was quite an honor, believe me! As I grew older and older, I certainly moved on from all that, but I never forgot the haunting image of all those empty containers thrown in the trash. I was constantly looking for ideas on how to reuse them.
