Lighthouse Cake Company (formerly known as Lighthouse Bakery), was owned and operated by Joy and Lindsay Funk since 1998. In 2018 the bakery changed hands to Vikki Smith. Vikki is a Red Seal Certified baker who has worked at the bakery for many years prior to taking over. While still embracing the recipes you all came to love, Vikki and her husband Richard continue to merge their own passion for the trade with the history of LCC.
