At Mad Dog Crabs Scott has been commercial fishing for over 20 years on BC’s coast. It was only natural that his wife would join him on the boat, but as the commercial life at sea became more challenging, Katie, along with their young girls started selling crab then fish at the local farmers market in Duncan on Saturdays.
The market turned out to be resoundingly successful, which of course led to musings about establishing a seafood shop in town… and thus was born our Seafood Market! Serving the community’s seafood needs for over a decade. We have become one of the most popular seafood stores on Vancouver Island.
