The Microbrasserie Aux Fous Brassant is initially a series of wonderful encounters, starting with one between two beer enthusiasts in a context where there is a provincial craze for craft beers and an absence of microbreweries in Rivière-du-Loup.

Our beers are brewed in a traditional way, our beers are made from high-quality raw materials grown here in Quebec. Quebec’s malt houses and hop gardens provide us with magnificent products that we are delighted to transform into delicious nectars.
