The Davison family has made maple syrup here on our Newville Lakeview Farms for over 110 years. Although we now use more modern sap collection techniques, pipelines instead of buckets, we still produce pure maple products the old-fashioned way here at the camp.
Since opening our Pancake House in 1995, we’ve shared our enthusiasm for ‘Sugar Season’ with thousands of guests throughout the region and across the world during these six special weeks each year.
