Since 2003 North Shore Billet has been turning out high-quality CNC machined products for the bicycle industry. All of our parts are made in-house using aerospace grade aluminum on our own CNC milling machines. We believe that superior materials help to make superior products. Utilizing the latest metal cutting technologies, high-speed machining centers, and manufacturing cell techniques we are able to efficiently manufacture a wide variety of high precision parts.
Our internal quality control systems ensure parts are manufactured accurately and no out of spec. parts leave the shop floor. The combination of these processes allow us to maintain high levels of quality and quicker deliveries to our customers, all at competitive prices.
