When Paul Sikkes, a baker, moved from Holland to Canada in 1958, he opened up Paul’s Bakery in Smithers. He later passed on the business to his son, who then passed it on to his son Brian who owns it today along with his wife, Sheona and their daughter Caitlan McMillan and husband Darren. The bakery has been a long family tradition, and Brian and Sheona are proud to be sharing it now with the fourth generation of his family.
