Founded in 2013, Pretty Smart® was created out of a desire to provide comfortable, nickel-free earrings that wouldn’t irritate sensitive earlobes. The journey began with a simple need—finding earrings that I could wear without discomfort. After struggling with metal earrings that caused painful reactions, I began crafting plastic post-earrings for myself and my daughter. We were immediately impressed that we were able to wear them all day without any discomfort.
When my oldest daughter, who opted not to pierce her ears, asked for non-pierced alternatives, I discovered clear, lightweight ear clips that were both gentle and easy to wear. This sparked the creation of our Smart Earring™ line, featuring both plastic post and invisible clip-on earrings, designed for everyone—from young girls to professionals. Pretty Smart® offers a stylish and comfortable selection of earrings perfect for everyday wear, special events like proms and weddings, or even professional settings.
