Red Collar Brewing & Distilling was founded in 2012 by David Beardsell and his wife Annamarie. Their vision was to create a brewery that not only produced outstanding beer and spirits but also fostered a sense of community. Their commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of their operations, from sourcing top-quality ingredients to utilizing state-of-the-art brewing and distilling techniques.
They are a 15hl production brewery, with an adjoining tasting room. We sell pints and jugs for in house consumption as well as cans, bombers, growlers, squealers, and kegs to go. We have a small food menu which includes bar snacks, daily paninis, soup and salad. We encourage you to bring in take out to enjoy with your beers and we have a food partnership with Tong Dak Korean Fried Chicken (http://tongdak.ca/). Minors are welcome if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
