Coming from opposite ends of the country, Kaede Hirooka and Jonathan Chung combine their culinary and life experiences to produce a unique style of cuisine. Our creative process always begins from the perspective of locality, seasonality and technique. We believe that starting with delicious produce always ends with delicious food.
We will always devote our time and energy to create the best product, because food is more than just nourishment. We share stories of our travels, childhood, curiosities and our current obsessions through our food. Our food is our story.
