Antonio Cimino and his two brothers-in-law opened their bakery in 1965, naming it Salerno after Mr. Cimino’s hometown. Today, after the retirement of his two associates, the store is still managed by Mr. Cimino and his two children. Employees and customers have been loyal to the Boulangerie & Pâtisserie Salerno for more than 50 years because of the friendly atmosphere and the traditional and varied products.
