SNL Creations is the result of an idea and dreams …. and much effort too. For the most part, it is a one woman show. While it’s always fun to dream, the majority of my time is spent as a maker.
To me, working with the beauty of glass is magical. I’m fascinated to see how light and surrounding color brings glass to life. Lately, I am enjoying working with multifaceted glass to create sculptural pieces. These are designed to hang freely in space, thus providing ease of movement. Through the process of reflection and refraction, the interplay of light (especially from the sun), surrounding colors and movement of glass provides a show that’s both joyful and mesmerizing to watch.
