Take The Cake – Pastry Chef and owner Lalit is a professional with over 21 years of experience. Coming to Canada in 2016, Lalit was immediately enticed by the diversity and availability of all cultures, most of which were the myriad new flavours. His love for travel around the world has brought him to places such as England, Europe, Dubai and China and their unique pastry craft. Dabbling in the baking industry, now he decided that he wants to do something of his own!
