The Fermentation Station was born from a passion for traditional food preservation, connecting with the land, and a commitment to health. Our founder, Jason, began his journey in fermentation in 2012, inspired by the rich culinary heritage of fermented foods.
What started as a personal exploration into homebrewed beverages, sauerkraut, kimchi, and sourdough bread soon evolved into a mission to share these nutritious, flavourful creations with the wider community.
