Welcome to The Nguyen’s Foods Inc, my name is Annie (Thuha) Nguyen (Chef Annie), and I’m the owner of The Nguyen’s Vietnamese Family Restaurant and The Nguyen’s Foods Inc. in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. I am very humbled to share my Vietnamese cooking, culture, heritage and my story. It has been my goal to create and distribute my Vietnamese sauce on a bigger scale. Thanks to my mom who shared her recipe and I finally convinced her that we can sell our sauces. When we opened our restaurant in 2015, I already wanted to include our sauces to sell at our restaurant. It’s a no brainer because we use our sauces with most of the food from our menu. Many of our customers enjoy dining in and ordering online, we started manufacturing sauces at our restaurant.

Now we have several locations carrying our sauces. As a mom of 3 young kids and operating a restaurant, 24 hours seem not enough. The main reason why I created the sauce was to purposely use the sauce whenever I need to cook for my own family. A jar of sauce can speed up the process of my cooking because each jar contains all the neccessary ingredients and authentic Vietnamese flavour. All you need to do is shake, open, pour and mix. I wanted to share that experience to all the busy moms and dads out there. Less time to cook, more time to spend with your love ones. Enjoy cooking!!!
