Our delicious and fresh Wild Yukon Flavours are always made by hand in small batches in Whitehorse Yukon. My seasonings are enhanced by local wild flowers, herbs, berries and aromatics sustainably foraged from the Yukon’s boreal forests, fields, and hillsides. Honestly, the foraging is my favourite part of what I do.
I maximize the flavours of every ingredient I use, drying fresh ginger, leeks, berries, herbs, chili peppers, and more.
