Tinhouse Brewing

We started brewing at Tinhouse Brewing in 2019, although the founders began brewing almost a decade before then. We originally started out as Sapperton Brewing, hoping to be located in New Westminster. We acknowledge that our brewery operates on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the kʷikʷəƛ̓əm (Kwikwetlem First Nation). We thank the kʷikʷəƛ̓əm who continue to live on these lands and care for them, along with the waters and all that is above and below.

We are proud members of the BC Craft Brewers Guild and the Canadian Craft Beer Association. We support various charities and organizations including: Canadian Mental Health Association; KPU Diversity in Brewing Scholarship; Movember; Share Society (Tri-Cities). Note that it is Tinhouse’s policy to not support in any way shape or form charities, clubs, schools, associations or similar that are exclusively focused on minors.
